Working with Spirit FX Canada is designed to be clear, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Our process ensures your team, coaches, and programs are fully supported at every stage of the season.
Step 01
Read our service guide
Start by reviewing our choreography, camps, and clinic offerings to find the services that best fit your program’s goals, season timeline, and team needs. Whether you’re booking full choreography or supplemental training, our options are designed to be flexible and easy to understand.
Step 02
Request a quote
Once you’ve selected your services, complete our request form with a few key details about your program. This allows our team to check availability, answer questions, and recommend the best fit for your teams.
Step 03
Receive and sign your contract
After confirming details and availability, you’ll receive an electronic contract to review and sign. 60 days before your scheduled service, an estimate including the cost of service and the cost of travel will be sent.
30 days before your scheduled service, payment in full is required.
